The Challenge
In collaboration with Novicell, developers DOMIS and Kilden & Hindby have created a virtual experience where you can explore the building from the water, the ground, and the air.
A key part of The Lighthouse's architectural vision is to create an attraction in Aarhus that is open to all city residents. That vision is already being brought to life online through this new virtual experience.
The Solution
The unique design, combined with interactive videos and realistic 3D animations, has achieved the desired effect: The Lighthouse Aarhus has become an attraction—even while existing only in digital format.
The website has won several international and Danish awards:

The digital universe was created in collaboration with Nordic Seaplanes, who provided support for 3D modeling, sound design, and aerial footage, along with the Aarhus Searangers, who assisted with diving in the bay.
Interviews with the architect round out the experience, providing insight into the ideas behind the project.

The website is more than just branding. The entire experience is integrated with HubSpot, an inbound marketing tool designed to qualify leads. Consequently, Lighthouse maintains a conversation with potential buyers throughout the construction process, with communication now driven by online behavior—including an automated newsletter about life at The Lighthouse.
In this way, the client manages sales on a much broader scale, proactively generating leads that can be leveraged for future projects. It has been a disruptive way to enter the market, as the solution was built with an inbound marketing strategy from the very beginning.

- 40% growth in newsletter recipients – improved with new contact information and segmented by interest for special occasions.
- 43% of recipients are potential customers. Prospective buyers receive automated emails to keep the conversation going while construction is underway.
- 50+ homes sold or reserved following an inbound marketing process for new and existing leads delivered to the real estate developer.
