Thiago is one of those people who enjoy when everything fits together: a well-organized project, an aligned team and a happy customer. He has been managing digital projects in international environments for more than 5 years, helping to turn ideas into solutions that really work.

He is comfortable working between planning, coordination and Agile methodologies, but what motivates him most is to be that point of connection between client and team that makes things move forward with clarity. Pragmatic, decisive and with good judgment to prioritize, he always seeks to simplify processes and bring order to complex environments.

Although he likes to have a good structure, he also knows how to adapt when plans change (because they always change). He especially enjoys dynamic projects, where every challenge is an opportunity to improve.

Outside of work, you'll find him traveling, discovering new places to eat well or improvising plans. Because yes, he likes to organize... but also to leave room for the unexpected.
