Joan joined Novicell in 2025 as Project Manager in the Barcelona office. Although his initial training was in translation, his professional career has focused on managing digital localization projects, especially for web environments and applications.

This experience has allowed him to develop strong skills in project management, task assignment, and a remarkable ability to simplify complex problems.

When she needs to disconnect, Joan escapes to the Costa Brava to enjoy her free time.
