Klinger is a world leader in fluid sealing, control and monitoring solutions, operating in more than 40 countries. It has a large global customer base, providing reliable, high-quality products for the petrochemical, chemical, industrial, infrastructure and transportation industries.
The Challenge
Klinger needed to improve efficiency in order management and optimize customer service in a specialized B2B environment. The company was looking for a digital solution that would make it easier for its customers to make purchases and requests autonomously and would allow the sales team to intervene quickly when necessary.
